Why Breathwork Simple
This work found me - not because I had all the answers,
but because I was faced with some hard questions.
Life cracked me open, and in that space, I realized that the place between what
was and what’s next - the threshold - is where transformation happens.
For years, I appeared “put together” on the outside,
while inside I felt disoriented, reactive, and disconnected from myself.
After a life-upending trauma, I found myself stripped of certainty and safety,
caught in systems that didn’t see me, and faced with a question that would change everything: How do I step back into my life when everything feels broken?
Through breathwork, somatic practices, and embodiment,
I found a path back to myself - a way to reclaim power from the inside out.
I created Breathwork Simple to share that path with women who have experienced similar ruptures - trauma, burnout, professional displacement, or life upheaval.
